The Pimlet app
We are also building an app that fixes what the audit finds: a product card with an AI assistant beside it, your brand voice saved once, and a rule that numbers, units and certifications must come from your own product data. The AI only suggests; nothing is saved or sent to your store until a person approves it. The app is in development and is not yet on the Shopify App Store.

- Do you need access to my Shopify store?
- No. The audit uses the product data that is publicly visible on your storefront. Nothing is installed and nothing in your store is changed.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. Findings about wording are prompts to review, not statements that a claim is lawful or unlawful, and Pimlet does not certify compliance with any regulation.
- Who takes the payment?
- Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. We never see your card details. Any applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
- What if the report isn't useful?
- Ask within 14 days and you get a full refund, no reason needed.
